Dutch NGO's and start-ups often turn out to be unaware of the criteria of their foundation in their start-up phase. As a result, they reach out to our partner, Pro Bono Connect, at various stages of their entrepreneurship. Applications that could have been handled in one go if they had had more help from their start-up. To provide this guidance, we join forces with Pro Bono Connect on a regular basis. Each time from a different legal angle, but each time under the same name: Start-up & Foundations Law Clinics.
Event details of Start-up & Stichtingen Law Clinics: Intellectual Property Law
Date
24 November 2022
Time
15:00 -17:30

For these clinics, we collaborate with Netherlands' largest law firms, legal advisers, and academics and law students from the UvA. Based on the legal questions you need to submit in advance, we make sure you are matched with the right professional for one-on-one advice. In addition, there will also be a seminar on the relevant legal topic and we will end with networking drinks.

During the clinic on 24 November 2022, we will delve deeper into the topic of Intellectual Property Law. This area of law includes copyright law, patent law or design law, as well as matters such as trademark law and trade name law. Unlike our other meetings, this one will take place at law firm Simmons & Simmons.
