Doing an internship is a great way for students to gain practical experience. The best time to do an internship is after your Bachelor's or during your Master's study.
Due to the corona (COVID-19) crisis, there is a changed policy for internships.
While the 180-ECTS Bachelor's curriculum does not leave room to do an internship, some Master's programmes do allow you to fit in a 6-ECTS internship. Consult the Course Catalogue to find out if your Master's programme allows internships to count as electives.
The internship regulations can be found here.
Internship and part-time job vacancies are posted on the UvA Job Board.
As you near graduation, the UvA can help you find the right job and employer for you. Alumni can find entry-level positions on the UvA Job Board.
