News channels have been reporting on it for years, the potential cyberwar from Russia that might affect 'us' - the West. Since the conflict with Ukraine, these threats seem closer than ever. That is why Gabriela talks to none other than Paul Ducheine (Professor of Cyber Warfare at the UvA). With his decades of experience in this field, he gives us insights into the gravity of the situation and the role of technology today. Together, we will find out whether the threats are more realistic than ever this time.

The fact that it is not always easy for lawyers to practise their profession is evidenced by the existence of the organisation Lawyers for Lawyers. Worldwide, they support lawyers who have been silenced for whatever reason. Since the conflict, lawyers from Ukraine, Russia and Belarus have a harder time than ever. What happens to all the imprisoned protesters who do not agree with the Russian regime, when there are no lawyers to assist them legally?
