Farewell symposium in honour of Mies Westerveld
19 November 2019
Students of the Amsterdam Law Clinics conducted research upon how the insurance obligation for vehicles (Wet Mulder) is enforced by the Dutch government and resulting debt problems for affected individuals. They have also carried out research into access to legal aid. Two of these students, Hasnaa Beni Driss and Simone ten Wolde have written an article on legal aid (in Dutch). This article forms a contribution to the book which has been offered to Mies Westerveld as part of her farewell.
